Hi, it’s Sher here today. Or is it tomorrow already? Yes, it’s Monday, and it’s also past my bedtime because I have a medical procedure at 8:30am. I spent hours Sunday afternoon and evening looking for a picture book to post the review, and it’s nowhere to be found. That’s what happens when you have to switch offices 3 times during remodeling. My life is in an uproar, and even though the remodel is nearly finished, I’m going to have to take a hiatus on accepting new books to review until I catch up.
Don’t worry though. I had a brainstorm and made a review queue page for authors to sign up kid lit books to review, and I’m going to enter the old books (as in the author already asked) before inviting new authors. Yes, you can find the review queue tab in the header and sign up now, but until I get a chance to enter the books for authors ahead of you in line, you won’t get reviewed by me. However, you might get reviewed by other authors behind you in line.
Before this gets going, I’d like opinions on whether you think this idea will work. Once you’ve read the rules for the review queue, please comment and let me know yea or nay. Or if you have a better idea that doesn’t involve me ignoring authors ahead of you in line, please describe it.
Thanks!
