Hello, everyone, Paul here today with a great announcement. As you know we have great readers and followers, and the other day Sher forwarded me an email from one of them. Author Eric Buffington is giving away the first book of his Stones of Power series. The Exile is a clean Fantasy Adventure series that is geared towards YA readers. It follows four boys as they make their journey into manhood in a world of magic. It’s a fantastic epic adventure and now through the entire month of June you can get it for free. This is quite a gift for all of our followers. Thanks, Eric!
Here’s the Goodreads blurb:
In a world where each person is born with a magic ability, the island of Denall is on the verge of an attack from a power hungry sorcerer, Mordyar, as he scours the world in search of the Stones of Power. While the stones are gathering and their power begins to be revealed, four boys leave their village on a rite of passage into adulthood and are swept into an adventure that will make men and heroes of them, if they can survive.
If you like fantasy or are looking for that great summer read I urge you to take advantage of this very kind offer from Eric. There’s more great news too! If you enjoy The Exile then you can download Book Two of Stones of Power: The Invasion using the code below to receive a 33% discount. That’s what I call a great way to kick off the summer!

Very cool. I used to read fantasy all the time (and horror), but when all these amazing subcategories sprung up like paranormal and dystopian and the like, well my fantasy love got deluded in the mix. It’s been a while since I read one. I might have to go check this one out.
Hi Crystal,
Thanks for stopping by & commenting. I hope you do; it sounds quite good. I plan on checking it out.

Wow! Thanks for sharing about this great opportunity on Booknificent Thursday! I hope lots of people take you up on it. I just finished a really good fantasy book, though I had a bit of hard time getting into it. Once I was into it though, I could hardly put it down! It was called Valley of Decision, and I’ll be reviewing it next week.
