OMG: Am I a Witch? Interview & Giveaway

Hi, it’s Sher today. Yes, again. But this is a new post, not one of the Blogger imports, and I have an interview for a book that’s perfect for Halloween. OMG…Am I a Witch?! is a Benjamin Franklin Silver Award-winning early chapter book. And as promised, there’s a giveaway! Who can say no to that?

Without further ado, here’s the cover and blurb:

OMG… Am I a Witch?!

Talia Aikens-Nunez

April Appleton is so annoyed at her older brother that she searches the Internet for a spell to turn him into a dog. When the spell works, April realizes she has more powers than she ever dreamed of! Now she has to figure out how to turn him back to normal before her parents find out.

She has little time, but with help from her friends Grace and Eve she finds a book of magic that will hopefully reverse the spell. Will it work, and will April’s newfound magic save the day?

Now for the interview!

1. So, if you could do it all over again, would you still turn Austin into a dog?
Well, um, I wouldn’t want Austin to be turned into a dog again, BUT that is how I found out I had powers. So, I guess I would do it all over again. I mean, it all worked out in the end, right?
2. So, are you a witch?
He he he he. Yeah, I think…
3. We know apple juice is your favorite drink, what is your favorite food?
Pizza. Well, I like pasta too. And, I like mac and cheese. And, sometimes I like my mom’s chili on, like, cold Winter nights, you know?
4. How do you like your new glasses?
They are awesome! I kept my red hula hoops just to remind me about my little adventure with Austin, Grace and Eve. I keep them right on my dresser so when I look at them I laugh a little.
5. How long did you have to do Austin’s chores?
FOREVER! I felt like I was doing the dishes and cleaning his room FOREVER! But, he didn’t tell. He’s a pretty cool big brother.
