PhotobucketMore great news! Today only! Children’s author Julia Dweck is running a FREE promotion on her brand new release Caarina the Cooking Fairy. We’ve had Julia on our blog lately and both Sher and I have read her books and I think Sher would agree that you don’t want to miss this chance. It will make a wonderful Christmas gift for youngsters with it’s cute story and fantastic illustrations. *This is Sher, butting in to say I left a 5 star review on Amazon. This book will be as fun for adults to read, especially those whose recipes don’t always turn out right, as it is for children.

You can blame Caarina and Lionel for me not doing a post for Alex J. Cavanaugh’s IWSG post this month. I promise I’ll write one in January but this month promoting indie books for Christmas seems more important. I’m excited and happy about Lionel’s Christmas Adventure’s successful blog tour and don’t want my writing insecurities to take away from that. So back to Paul.

Also make sure to enter award-winning author Crystal Marcos’s giveaway for a Kindle Fire (or $150 Amazon gift card) and more! Ahem, Sher again. Paul’s book is one of a set of three in the “and more” category, along with books by Crystal Marcos and Martha Rodriguez. Don’t miss out!

  1. The cooking fairy book looks like fun- there have certainly been times when my recipes didn’t quite turn out the way I’d hoped for. In fact, my current WIP is a culinary story…

  2. Love the post! The covers are adorable. My favorite x-mas present was my son! He’ll be 5 this year! He was supposed to be born on x-mas. :0)

  3. my favorit gift was a cabage patch kid i got when i was younger
